Named Storm Bill – 2015

There has been a slight intensification over night. The National Hurricane Center in Miami has upgraded Invest 91-L to Tropical Storm Bill.  This storm is making landfall near Freeport, Texas, at this hour.  The information provided in the post below this one is also being expanded to include heavy rains in parts of Oklahoma.  This storm will track north and then northeast and will be located near the Illinois – Indiana border early Saturday bringing heavy rain and lowland flooding to many areas of the south central and central midwest.  We are supplying a link to the National Weather Service Interactive Watch and Warning map below.
