Named Storm Humberto formed in the Central Tropical Atlantic from a tropical wave. This storm is moving generally Northwest. The storm is encountering some unfavorable conditions for development, but by late this weekend, it may make Hurricane strength. The storm will then start a slow northerly turn. Tracking and modeling past Monday, September 29, is imprecise, but persons in Bermuda should be monitoring this storm carefully.
