Named Storm Hermine – 2022

Named Storm Hermine – 2022 formed just off the west coast of Africa from Tropical Depression # 10. This storm is projected to move generally north, following the western Africa coastline where it will encounter unfavorable atmospheric conditions and will decrease in strength rather rapidly.

This storm will not affect the US in any way, so this will be our only mention of Named Storm Hermine. However, please watch for unofficial information soon concerning Tropical Depression # 9, which will most likely become Named Storm Ian. Tropical Depression # 9 is currently in the south central Caribbean and will be affecting the Gulf Coast of the US and especially Florida around September 27 or 28.
